Mike enjoys puttering in his wood/auto shop, motorcycle riding, and hitting the slopes a few times a year. Mike and Susan's two sons live in Mount Vernon.
A native of Skagit Valley, Piper attended Mount Vernon High School and Western Washington University, majoring in Music Performance. She has appeared in concert as a soprano soloist with regional symphonies and chorals in the Pacific Northwest, served as the assistant conductor of the Skagit Valley Choral for five years, and played violin/viola in a professional string quartet.
Prior to her employment at the law office, Piper worked for 18 years for the Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church, as secretary and in music ministry.
Recognizing that facing legal issues can be stressful and intimidating, Piper obtains great satisfaction from ensuring that clients feel relieved and confident they are in good hands.
She is a proud mother of two adult sons, both of whom are very gifted musically.
